For this project, we renovated a lovely house in North London; the renovation consisted of a full refurbishment of the home.
We worked closely together with the client and our professional associates to create a functional home, that while modernised and refreshed, still kept the authentic look that evokes the historic value of the property.
This refurbishment, in a sense, went slightly against the grain, with the number of rooms and bathrooms actually decreasing on the property. The result, however, was astounding as the number of rooms was traded for a significant increase in available space; with large elegant bedrooms on the first floor and a wonderful open-plan area full of light and opportunity on the ground.
